Company Profile
Originally set up to provide consultancy services in 2007, K2 Architects has now grown into a design practice in its own right. Kevin Horton and Mark Davies have over 30 years of experience designing and delivering a well rounded portfolio of buildings; ranging in project value of £50k to £85m. In 2008 K2 Architects opened a dedicated design studio in Liverpool and in their first year received an impressive three awards and two finalist short listings for major international design competitions; either in their own right, or while providing consultancy work to other firms.
More recently K2 Architects has focused on building a portfolio of multi-million pound projects with high profile clients such as Grosvenor and Broadgate Estates, whilst continuing develop a reputation for high quality design through their competition work. In 2011 K2 Architects won their first design competition for a new watersports centre in North Wales and have now been appointed to take the project forward.
K2's efficient management ensures overheads are kept to a minimum and so have the flexibility to consider all projects of all sizes. The challenge that we have set ourselves is to provide fantastic, innovative, sustainable design that everyone can enjoy.
