K2 Architects is a team of designers & project managers with extensive experience in all forms of building design and master-planning. Our client focused approach combines a proven track record in delivery with award winning design throughout Lancashire, Liverpool, Manchester the North West, North Wales and beyond.

The practice was set up in 2007 by Mark Davies and Kevin Horton who between them have over 35 years of experience designing and delivering just about every kind of building you can imagine, ranging in project value of £20k to £85m.

Originally set up to provide consultancy services, K2 Architects has grown into a design practice in its own right. In 2008 K2 set up its offices in Liverpool and last year received an impressive 3 awards and two finalist short listings for major international design competitions, either in their own right or whilst providing consultancy work to other firms.

Unlike most architects with huge overheads to maintain, K2 architects have the flexibility to consider all projects of all sizes. The challenge that we have set ourselves is to provide fantastic, innovative, sustainable design that everyone can enjoy.
