K2 Architects currently have the capability and resources to provide a complete package of design and project management services on projects from £50k up to £5m in value. Each project is personally supervised by one of our architect directors to ensure that the quality of professional services offered is consistently maintained at the highest standard possible. At the centre of our approach and the decision making process is our client, ensuring that customer satisfaction and empowerment is always achieved. The services that we provide can be divided into three aspects:

Creative Design: We take your idea; apply a combination of strategic and creative thinking to develop it into a coherent, affordable and realisable design. We advise from the very beginning, how to steer the project in the right direction, build the right team of consultants and establish project milestones. Success at competition and award level underlines our ability to produce ideas and designs of the highest quality.

Project Delivery: Years of technical experience working at the very highest level in architecture and construction allows us develop our ideas into buildable realities. We ensure that all legislative procedures such as planning permission, building regulations and environmental standards are observed; and we produce comprehensive drawing and specification packages suitable for contractors to deliver the project successfully and at the right price.

Project Management: Correct management of the information workflow during a project is critical to its success. Over the years K2 Architects directors have amassed experience in managing projects from £20k to upwards of £85m in value. From inception to completion we act as lead consultants on a project, offering the client a single point of control and communication between themselves and the team.
