Enterprise Arcade is an extension of the Grade 2 listed Atkinson cultural hub, delivering 21,000sq ft of flexible workspace for the town’s creative and digital sector.

Our response breaks down siloed working environments by creating inspiring and transformational workspaces wrapped in a social infrastructure that encourages creative, multi-disciplinary collaboration with entrepreneurs, educators, and researchers.

This scheme is to act as a catalyst for the creation of a Digital Community within Southport and has been designed to allow for future expansion and direct connection with The Atkinson, leveraging its powerful community and artistic networks and combining them with the digital infrastructure needed for economic growth.

K2 provided fantastic input on the Southport Town Deal Enterprise Arcade project transforming a redundant heritage building into a vibrant hub for creative and digital businesses in Southport. Thanks to Kevin Horton for his early and continued support and initial vision which helped secure funding for this important project
