At ground level a new multi-functional room for up to 80 people has been created to be used for seminars, staff gatherings and as an exhibition space.

The creation of a mezzanine deck to the first-floor single offices to house 8 senior management staff, a board room and a further two meeting rooms for up to 6 people

The extension also includes a staff canteen for up to 100 staff, with an adjacent separate dining room for up to 50 visitors with ancillary facilities; a commercial kitchen and servery, storage with kitchen staff changing room, shower and toilet. The dining area leads onto an external paved terrace for outside dining during summer months.
