Located in one of Liverpool’s finest Conservation Areas between the Grade II* listed Wellington Rooms and Metropolitan Cathedral respectively, LSP is at the heart of the Knowledge Quarter with some of the city’s finest STEM businesses in science, technology, and innovation.
K2 have a sharp eye for detail and the essential desire to keep pushing creative boundaries – this makes for a great combination, which is why we will continue to work together
Our response breaks down siloed working environments by creating inspiring and transformational spaces encouraging multi-disciplinary collaboration with innovators, researchers, developers, and scientists. We have created an ‘identity’ and ‘front door’ for the campus to connect back into the community.
Health and wellbeing for tenants and visitors were prioritised with living green walls, open plan spaces avoiding solid partitions to allow for natural cross ventilation, enhanced with full height openable glass doors.
The building made the final shortlist for ‘Fit-out of the Year’ at the Insider Property Awards.
