The award-winning Digital House by K2 is the centrepiece of the Baltic Triangle’s CreaTech sector.

Time Out magazine has named Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle the UK’s coolest neighbourhood and globally ranked it the 11th coolest neighbourhood in the world.
It was a landscape of derelict shipping warehouses just over a decade ago. Determined regeneration efforts have breathed new life into these spaces, attracting top restaurateurs, artists, and creatives.
The crown jewel of the CreaTech offer is K2’s Digital House, a former-derelict Victorian warehouse revived as a hub for digital and tech firms. Opened in 2019, it has cleverly balanced heritage preservation with modern utility, swiftly reaching full occupancy and earning national accolades for its heritage-focused placemaking.
