Integration and Collaborative Working Award

We’ve been shortlisted for the ‘Integration and Collaborative Working Award’ at the Northwest Regional Construction Awards.

Working on two projects simultaneously, our team has been dedicated to tackling the Liverpool SEN school places shortfall. Through commitment, hard work, flexibility, and collaboration across all stakeholders, we have succeeded in delivering 120 new places at Millstead and Palmerston schools, with a further 75 to be created in a second phase.

Millstead School has expertise in teaching children aged 2-11 years who have profound learning difficulties and complex autism. Palmerston School provides high-quality education for pupils aged 11-19 who have severe learning difficulties. Both projects are funded through the Department for Education’s capital funding.

An amazing achievement for the team – together, we’ve made a meaningful difference in the lives of students who deserve every opportunity to thrive.

A very significant achievement to see the creation of hundreds of specialist placements for the new school year.
